Is BlackHat
CodeBreaker Legal?
It certainly is. BlackHat CodeBreaker is 100% legal to use in
all major western countries.
I'm not aware of the law system in all 195 countries of the world,
but I don't expect any problems anywhere, as long as CPA marketing
is allowed.

Will I
Get Banned from CPA Networks if I use BHCB?
Using BlackHat CodeBreaker with incentivized offers is
completely in line with CPA network rules, and will not get you
banned. We always advise following CPA network rules.

network rules. If they discover that you sent your traffic using an
incentive, this might cause commission shaving, or even getting
banned.

What is
Referrer Blocking?
Do you enable Referrer Faking?
One of the options on BlackHat CodeBreaker V2.0 and up, referrer
blocking enables hiding which page sent the traffic. BlackHat
CodeBreaker uses bulletproof DMR blocking, with built-it redundancy.
It's all very simple - all you need to do is just set
hide_referrer = 'YES' for blocking , 'NO' for passing
the referrer.
We do not provide built-in referrer faking as this can be
illegal.
